Slow Cooker Cajun Pork Loin I made this for my son's Oscar party in honor of The Beast of theSouthern Wild. Everyone went wild over this dish! I am not experienced with the slow cooker so i adapted the use of my oven @ 225 for 8 hours. Place the loin in a dutch oven,seal tightly and let her roast. Even better the next day!
